DELIVERY & RETURNS

We’ve recently moved to Portugal! While we work on fully relocating our business, we have suspended shipping to all countries except the USA.
For non-US orders, please contact us at info@noveme.co.uk for a shipping quote.
US DELIVERY TIME & COSTS
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt if no dispatch date is mentioned on the product page. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
DELIVERY
US orders are shipped using DHL Express. US shipping is free for online orders over $100. Delivery costs for orders under $100 will be calculated and shown at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE
- Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
- During holiday and sale periods, your order may take additional time to arrive.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. - Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders.
- Noveme insures each purchase during transit until delivery. A signature is required for receipt of goods, at which point responsibility passes to you. If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery (e.g., gifts), their signature serves as evidence of delivery, and liability transfers to them.
DUTIES AND TAXES
US orders under $800 are exempt from custom duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you'll pay, with no additional fees or charges.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must return your order in the same condition you received it — unused and undamaged. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@noveme.co.uk with your order details.
RETURNS FEES
We offer free returns on all orders. If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to Noveme, any original shipping charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund due.
RETURNING A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM
We carefully inspect each order before shipping to ensure all items are delivered in perfect condition. If you have a quality concern such as damage during transportation or receiving a defective product, please contact us promptly upon receipt. Send a photo, your order number, and a description of the issue to info@noveme.co.uk.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and accepted by Noveme, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery or refund costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
